The Merit SS 316 barstock reducing coupling measures 1-1/4 x 1/2" NPT female and is constructed from high-quality Class 1000 stainless steel. These forged fittings are suitable for a range of industrial applications, particularly in high-pressure situations when used with Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe or pipe nipples, where porosity must be prevented.
