The Pass-Thru™ socket and GearRatchet™ ratchet system by GearWrench® were designed to improve productivity and access on every job. The GearRatchet™ ratchets require as little as 5° to move fasteners compared to 30° for standard wrenches and are 40% stronger than conventional ratchets by eliminating the drive tang. The ratchets are up to 50% thinner than standard ratchets, providing superior access to even the most hard-to-reach fasteners. The socket system features the Pass-Thru™ drive system that links drive tools and sockets, and the set includes hex, Torx®, Phillips®, and slotted bit sockets. It is broached for use with 1/4" and 3/8" conventional square drive ratchets, making it easier to reach fasteners in tight spaces. The bits are made of S2 steel for strength and durability, and the bright, full polish chrome finish easily wipes clean and resists corrosion. Hard stamped size markings enhance usability, and the set includes a blow mold case for storage and organization.
