The Pass-Thru™ socket and GearRatchet™ ratchet system by GearWrench® is engineered to enhance productivity and accessibility for various jobs. The GearRatchet™ ratchets require only a 5° movement to turn fasteners, compared to 30° for standard wrenches, and are designed to be 40% stronger by eliminating the drive tang. With a head profile that is up to 50% thinner than conventional ratchet systems, these ratchets provide superior access to hard-to-reach fasteners. The thin wall design of the Pass-Thru™ sockets eliminates the need for deep sockets, as they can loosen and drive nuts on bolts of any length. They seamlessly integrate with the GearWrench® GearRatchet™ handle, resulting in reduced overall height and increased torque strength. The included GearWrench® adapter enables the use of standard sockets and drive tools. This 46-piece set features 1/4" and 3/8" drive SAE/metric 6-point sockets, three drive adapters for compatibility with standard socket sets, two extensions, and two GearRatchet™ ratchets, all housed in a blow-molded case for optimal storage and tool retention. The system meets or exceeds ASME specifications and includes a dual material comfort grip handle for ease of use.
