The Premium Quality Framed Baffle Type Grease Filter is designed for effective grease management, featuring durable aluminum construction with dimensions of 16" x 20" x 2". This filter offers safe and dependable positive flame barrier protection, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Its seamless, smooth surfaces allow for consistent grease run-off into hood collection troughs, which can be easily cleaned by soaking, spraying, or in a conventional dishwasher. The filter is UL and MEA approved, with nominal dimensions that are 7/16" larger than the actual size, and an actual thickness of 1-3/4".
