The GS Thermostat is designed to operate within a temperature range of 200°F to 450°F, featuring a bulb that measures 4 inches long and 3/8 inch in diameter. It includes a capillary tube with a length of 30 inches and gas in/out connections of 1/2 inch. Additionally, it comes equipped with a 1/2 inch NPT by 3/8 inch CCT 90° elbow. This thermostat is compatible with Magikitch'n models FG-MKG48-STL, MKG-36-E, MKG24, MKG36, MKG48, MKG60, and MKG72, ensuring versatility for various kitchen applications.
