The kit includes 2' lengths of 1/2" MPT fittings and Hi-Temp hoses designed for fryer filter grease and hot water applications. These hoses are NSF approved and can operate within a temperature range of 95 degrees to 485 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum working pressure is 295 PSI, with a burst pressure of 685 PSI. When calculating total length, each hose length is measured per foot, with an additional 1" added for each fitting, resulting in a total addition of 2" for the fittings.
