The kit includes Hi-Temp hoses specifically designed for fryer filter grease and hot water applications, measuring 2' x 3/8" x 1/2". These hoses are NSF approved, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 95 degrees to 485 degrees F. They feature a maximum working pressure of 295 PSI and a burst pressure of 685 PSI. For total length calculations, the hose length per foot should be added with an additional 1" per fitting multiplied by 2, resulting in a total length increase of 2".
