It features a 1.5 mm reduced tip with a 2.75" (7.0 cm) stainless steel stem, ensuring a quick 6-second response time. Built for durability, the device is waterproof and shatterproof, crafted from high-heat ABS plastic, making it suitable for thin cuts of meat, fish, or poultry. Additional features include data-hold functionality, a recalibratable design, an on/off button, and an auto-off feature that activates after 10 minutes of inactivity. A 1.5V button IEC LR44 alkaline battery is included with the kit.
