The kit includes 4' x 1/2" x 1/2" Hi-Temp hoses designed specifically for fryer filter grease and hot water applications. These hoses are NSF approved and can withstand temperatures ranging from 95 degrees to 485 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum working pressure for these hoses is 295 PSI, while the burst pressure is 685 PSI. When calculating the total length, add 2" to the length of the hose per foot to account for the fittings.
