These powdered filter sheets, weighing 50#, help extend the life of the oil while minimizing absorption into food, featuring powder that is impregnated into the pad for a one-step process; simply place a fresh pad in the filter machine each day. The compact 30-day packaging allows for easy storage and helps monitor the frequency of shortening filtration. Additionally, one filter paper can be utilized to filter two fryers twice a day.
