The Mesh Type Grease Filter is constructed from rust-proof aluminum and measures 16" x 20" x 2", making it durable enough to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. This filter efficiently prevents grease drippings from contaminating the grill and is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring a sanitary environment. With a design that traps 98% of foreign matter, it effectively protects the blower system and motor while facilitating efficient air flow. The rugged yet lightweight construction is approved by the N.Y.C. Bureau of Standards & Appeals, Cal No. 10-60 SM, and complies with NFPA standards No. 90A & B, although it does not meet NFPA 96 standards.
