The Premium Quality Framed Baffle Type Grease Filter is constructed from aluminum and measures 16" x 16" x 2". It features handles for easy handling and provides safe, dependable, positive flame barrier protection. The seamless, smooth surfaces allow for constant grease run-off into hood collection troughs, which can be easily cleaned by soaking, spraying, or using a conventional dishwasher. This filter is UL and MEA approved, with the first two numbers of the size indicating vertical height and the second two numbers representing horizontal width, both given as nominal dimensions. It is important to note that the actual size of the filters is 7/16" less than the nominal dimensions, and the actual thickness measures 1-3/4".
