The latch kit features a polished chrome finish and includes a lock, but no strike. It has an overall length of 11-3/4 inches and 3-3/8 inches for the mount hole centers. The internal components are made of solid stainless steel, while the handle is crafted from forged brass. The strike has a four-hole base with dimensions of 3-7/32 inches in width and 1-29/32 inches in length. Additionally, this latch is compatible with various offsets: #26-1893 for flush to 3/8 inch offset, #26-1894 for 3/4 inch to 1-5/8 inch offset, and #26-1895 for a 1-3/4 inch to 2-1/2 inch offset. The kit can be used with the #22-1529 safety release handle and is certified under CHG W38.
