The Premium Quality Framed Baffle Type Grease Filter with handles is constructed from stainless steel and measures 16" x 16" x 2". It provides safe, dependable positive flame barrier protection and features seamless, smooth surfaces that allow for easy grease run-off into hood collection troughs, which can be cleaned by soaking, spraying, or using a conventional dishwasher. This filter is UL and MEA approved. The first two numbers of the size indicate the vertical height, while the second two numbers represent the horizontal width; both are nominal dimensions. It is important to note that the actual size of the filters is 7/16" less than the nominal dimensions, and the actual thickness is 1-3/4".
