The Series 1097 is a spring-operated door closer designed for left or right hand hinge applications, suitable for doors weighing 200 lbs or greater. It features a 17-3/8" long body and a 19-3/4" arm that can be mounted flush or at a 7/8" offset without shims using a mounting plate with a 3-9/16" wide outer diameter (OD). This door closer is finished with a Kasonized spring cartridge, model 1097-12.
