The reversible spring-assisted cam lift hinge measures 10-1/8" long OD x 5-21/32" wide and features a design that allows for easy reversal by removing the cap, pushing out the cam, replacing it on the opposite side of the strap, and reattaching the cap. The strap incorporates a hex hole designed to accept the stem from the flange, which is marked with the number "1245," while the flange itself is cast with the number "1248." This hinge has a 1-1/4" offset and is constructed from die-cast zinc with a polished chrome plating for durability and a sleek appearance.
