The Fryer Filter Sheets come in a package of 30 and measure 13-1/2" x 24". Designed for use with the 50# Pitco fryer series 14, these sheets help save money by extending oil life and reducing oil absorption into food. The pads are impregnated with powder, eliminating the issue of loose powder. The process is simplified to a one-step operation, allowing users to just place a fresh pad in the filter machine each day. The compact 30-day packaging makes storage easy and helps monitor the frequency of shortening filtration. Each filter paper is capable of filtering two fryers twice a day.
