The mesh type grease filter is made of galvanized material and measures 16" x 20" x 2", designed to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchen environments. This filter prevents grease drippings onto the grill and is recommended by insurance companies for its sanitary properties, as it is easy to clean and maintain. It ensures efficient air flow while trapping 98% of foreign matter, effectively protecting the blower system and motor. Constructed from rust-proof aluminum, it features rugged yet lightweight construction. This product is approved by the N.Y.C. Bureau of Standards & Appeals, Cal No. 10-60 SM, and meets the requirements of NFPA standards No. 90A and B; however, it does not comply with NFPA 96 standards.
