The mesh type grease filter is constructed from galvanized material and measures 20" x 20" x 2", designed to withstand the wear and tear of commercial kitchens while effectively preventing grease drippings onto grills. This filter is recognized for its sanitary qualities, being easy to clean and maintain, and it promotes efficient air flow by trapping 98% of foreign matter, thereby protecting the blower system and motor. The rust-proof aluminum construction ensures durability with a rugged yet lightweight design. It has received approval from the N.Y.C. Bureau of Standards & Appeal under CAL No. 10-60 SM and meets the requirements of NFPA standards No. 90A & B, though it does not comply with NFPA 96 standards.
