The heavy-duty magnetic Edgemount latch with offset handle features no lock and is chrome plated, making it suitable for both left and right-hand doors. Its unique breaker action eliminates the powerful magnet, allowing for easy opening. The dimensions of the latch are 11-1/2" OD x 1-3/16" wide x 3-1/16" high, with 4-3/16" mount hole centers and 5-7/8" outside screw centers. This product falls under the CHG series R25-1700-XNC.
