The mesh type grease filter is constructed from galvanized material and measures 16" x 25" x 2", designed to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchen environments. This filter prevents grease drippings from contaminating grills and is recommended by insurance companies for its sanitary nature, being easy to clean and maintain. It ensures efficient air flow while trapping 98% of foreign matter, thereby protecting the blower system and motor. Additionally, it features a rust-proof aluminum build with rugged yet lightweight construction. The filter is approved by the N.Y.C. Bureau of Standards & Appeals under Cal No. 10-60 SM and meets the requirements of NFPA standards No. 90A & B, although it does not comply with NFPA 96 standards.
