The premium quality framed baffle type grease filter with handles is constructed from stainless steel and measures 10" x 16" x 2". It provides safe, dependable, positive flame barrier protection, featuring seamless, smooth surfaces that allow for consistent grease run-off into hood collection troughs. These filters are designed for easy cleaning, either by soaking, spraying, or using a conventional dishwasher. The product is UL and MEA approved, with the first two numbers of the size indicating the vertical height and the second two numbers representing the horizontal width; both are nominal dimensions. Notably, the actual size of the filters is 7/16" less than nominal, with an actual thickness of 1-3/4".
