The range griddle for 2 burners is NSF approved and made in the USA, featuring a lifetime warranty. The frame and grease tray measure 12" wide by 27" long, fitting most commercial ranges. This griddle is designed for more permanent applications and is capable of handling the higher grease volume typical in a professional kitchen. It includes a removable grease tray and an adjustable frame, both constructed from high-quality stainless steel. The griddle itself is made from 7 gauge steel (approximately 3/16") and has 1-1/2" side walls. For those needing a replacement, the griddle top is available under order number 76-1274.
