The Hatco Sanitizing Sink Heater, model 3CS-9, operates at 208V with a power rating of 9000W and can function on either a single or three-phase electrical supply. This unit is constructed with a stainless steel tank designed for flexibility, allowing it to fit conveniently under the center of the sink. It is specifically suited for 3 or 4 compartment sinks, pot and pan sinks, and bar sinks. The 3CS features a unique dual reservoir system; one reservoir holds the heating element and must always be filled with water, while the second reservoir collects and traps soil from other sink compartments, facilitating efficient cleaning. The system includes a convenient drain for easy emptying after each use.
