With dimensions of 12" wide x 24" long x 5" high, this broiler includes a removable stainless steel grease tray that adds 3" to the length and is 1-1/2" deep. It is designed to fit most commercial ranges and is ideal for more permanent applications, accommodating the higher grease volume typical in professional kitchens. The broiler is equipped with a removable grease tray, an adjustable frame, and a unique design that prevents grease from dripping into the burners, allowing most juices to burn off in the flare pan for a smoky broiled flavor. Replacement broiler top and flare pan can be ordered using part number 76-1280.
