This 4 burner griddle is designed for more permanent applications and can handle the higher grease volume typical of a professional kitchen. Key features include a removable stainless steel grease tray and an adjustable frame. The griddle is constructed from 7 gauge steel (approximately 3/16") and features 1-1/2" side walls along with a cast iron frame. For maintenance, a replacement griddle top can be ordered with the part number # 76-1275.
