The powdered oil filter sheet is designed for use with Frymaster fryers PF50120, PF50E120, PF90120, and PF90E120, featuring a 50# paper construction in a compact package of 30 pads, each measuring 12-1/2" x 17-3/4". This product includes Filter Magic technology, which ensures that less oil is absorbed into food, resulting in longer oil life and no loose powder due to the powder being impregnated into the pad. The one-step process simplifies operations by requiring users to place a fresh pad in the filter machine each day. The packaging allows for easy storage and monitoring of the frequency of shortening filtration, as one filter paper can be utilized to filter two fryers twice a day.
