The oil shortening sheets come in a package of 30 and are designed for powdered use, weighing 50 pounds. Each sheet measures 16-3/8" x 18-3/8" and is compatible with Dean Fryer models MF-90/(80,110), MF-90A/(80,110), and MF-90U/80BK. The sheets feature a unique design that saves money by extending oil life, reducing the amount of oil absorbed into food, and eliminating loose powder, as the powder is impregnated into the pad. The process is streamlined with a one-step operation; simply place a fresh pad in the filter machine each day. The compact 30-day packaging allows for easy storage and monitoring of shortening filtration frequency, and one filter paper can be used to filter two fryers twice a day.
