The kit includes a high/low temperature alarm with a delay feature and is designed to operate within a voltage range of 120 V AC. It has a temperature range of 4 to 110 °C (or -40 to 230 °F) and utilizes a 9-volt battery backup for reliability. The dimensions of the device are 3 3/4" (95 mm) in width and 6 3/8" (162 mm) in height. The alarm is waterproof, meeting the IP65 certification, and features an internal buzzer which can utilize the existing junction for efficient operation.
