The Danfoss thermostatic expansion valve, TEX2, is designed for use with R22 and R407C refrigerants. It features 3/8" flare x 1/2" flare connections and comes in a right-angle configuration with a 5-foot capillary tube. The operating temperature range is 40/+10 °C, equivalent to -40/+50 °F, and it is externally equalized with a 1/4" flare connection.
