The D1/D18 thermostat kit is designed for reliable AC operation, featuring a DPST configuration with 4 terminals suitable for high current applications. It operates within a temperature range of 100-250 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a bulb measuring 3/8" x 4-1/2" and a 48" cap. The kit comes with a 3/8" MPT stuff box and front ear mounting for easy installation. For pilot light requirements, it utilizes part #38-1068, and optional dial controls can be achieved with AP# 221465 (off-10-1) or AP# 221003 (off-250-60), while bezel needs can be addressed with AP# 264088. This thermostat supports a 10 Amp 480V per pole resistive load, a 21 Amp 480V two-pole resistive load, and a 30 Amp 120/277V per pole resistive load. Additionally, it can handle 7.2 full load amps at 120-277V with a 42 LRA at the same voltage, maintaining a capacity of 250VA for pilot duty applications.
