The kit includes a type SP thermostat designed to operate within a temperature range of 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a bulb measuring 3/16" x 6-7/16" made of nickel and a cap with a length of 14". The mounting configuration is a 5 offset horizontal with a dial number of 22-1006. The thermostat knob is black and silver, with a diameter of 2". The off position operates between 400-200 degrees, and the mount has a thickness of .187". This thermostat supports four-way positioning and is compatible with GE/Hobart fryer models HK03, HK03B, HK031, HK3, HK3C, HK3D, HK31, HK31C, HK31D, and HK-3, as well as Hotpoint model 112710G004.
