The thermostat kit includes a Type EA 3 thermostat designed to operate within a temperature range of 250-400 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a bulb measuring 5/16" x 9-7/8" and a cap length of 30". The mounting setup includes one unit with a stuff box that has a 1/4" MPT x 5/16" CCT configuration. The kit is compatible with a pointer dial using part number 22-1189, and it comes equipped with a white plastic indicator knob, differing from the previous chrome design. The pointer has a diameter of 2", and it mounts using a .187" D-stem at a flat position of 2:00. The color of the knob is off-white vanilla, and for those requiring a pointer knob with a flat position at 10:00, part number 22-1409 should be used. If a dial plate is necessary, it can be ordered using part number 22-1190. This kit is suitable for the Keating Fryer BB and most gas fryers, including models 14IFM, 18IFM, 20IFM, as well as the Incredible Frying Machine both post and pre-2000 models.
