The thermostat, type SP, features a positive off mechanism and comes equipped with a knob and bezel, as well as a 2" breakaway d-stem. It operates within a temperature range of 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and has a bulb measuring 3/16" x 11-5/8". The cap length is 60 inches, and it is designed for vertical mounting. The kit includes a dial # 22-1004 with an off setting of 450-100, as well as a general use dial # 22-1125 with the same off-450-100 specifications. This thermostat is suitable for use with Market Forge skillets and Vulcan griddle series MEG.
