The Rx T'stat features a 1/4" MPT nickel stuff box with a temperature range of 200-375°F, a cap length of 24", and a bulb measuring 3/8" x 5-5/8". It includes a general use dial A251, a K-107, and a #22-1006 black and silver T'stat knob with a diameter of 2" and an off-400-200 position with a .187" mount in a 4-way position. This thermostat is compatible with the Dean Fryer Frymaster fryer models G14 and G40, and for older KX style thermostats, it can be used with G291, E-224, and #46-1096. The OEM exact knob is 816-0139, and it is designed for use with all gas fryers in the Pitco fryer line that operate with a 120V system.
