The thermostat is a Type S model with a temperature range of 100-450°F, featuring a bulb size of 3/16" x 8-3/8" and a cap length of 36". It is designed for a 5 off-set horizontal mount and includes two dial options: Dial # 22-1284, which has a diameter of 2 1/2" and operates between OFF-450-100 with UP/DN functionality, or Dial # 22-1004, which has a diameter of 2" and features a 4-way operation with the same temperature range. This thermostat is compatible with Hobart hotplate models CX164 and various ranges, including CR42, CR42C, CR46C (new style), CR48, CR48C, CR54C, CR58, CR58C, CR59, CR59C, CR421, and CR441.
