The KXP w/ Breakaway Stem & Dial is designed to operate within a temperature range of 200-400°F. It features a 3/8" x 5-5/8" nickel bulb and a cap measuring 36". The kit includes a 3/8" stuff box and a dial (#22-1006) that is specifically designed for use with this thermostat, which has a black and silver knob with a diameter of 2". The thermostat operates in the range of Off-400-200°F, with a mounting dimension of .187" and a 4-way position. For additional flexibility, the general use dial (#22-1127) is also included, featuring a black knob with overlay and the same specifications as the primary dial. This model is compatible with the Star Fryer 403 (obsolete) and fryers 215B & 216 (S/N 2156323 and up), part of the Hercules series from Wolf.
