The RX Thermostat is designed for temperature control ranging from 250 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and features a 5/16" x 8" bulb with a 30" capillary tube and an 11" mount. It includes a 2" diameter pointer dial and an off-white vanilla plastic indicator knob, replacing the older chrome style. The mount is equipped with a .187" diameter stem, and the pointer position is flat at 2:00. For applications requiring a pointer knob with a flat at 10:00, part number 22-1409 should be used. Additionally, when using on a Keating Fryer, it is essential to incorporate the stuffing box, part number 26-1991.
