The stainless steel fryer splash guard is designed to prevent injury from splashing oil and can be installed on either the left or right side of the fryer. This guard is removable for easy cleaning, ensuring convenience for users. It is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel with dimensions of 20-1/2" front to back, 17-15/16" top to bottom, and features an insert area measuring 18-15/16" front to back. The product includes a stainless steel bracket sized at 2-1/8" x 3-3/4", with an offset of 7/8".
