The Salamander skin is designed for high-speed microwave and convection ovens, featuring a dual surface measuring 16" x 13" in black/black with a Teflon/Teflon heavy-duty construction of 14 mil. It can withstand temperatures up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and is engineered to last for 2 to 3 months. This high-density, superior strength non-stick liner is specifically made for environments where radiant coils are located near the oven floor. It is compatible with models such as Amana AXP 20/22, Ace 14, Merrychef Eikon 03, 04, 402S, and TurboChef TMOD02, as well as Sota and C3.
