The Comark Food Pro Plus is an infrared thermometer with a meat probe, capable of measuring temperatures from 30 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a quick scan function that allows users to measure temperatures without the risk of cross-contamination. The unit includes a flip-down probe thermometer for verifying internal temperatures (available only in the Food Pro Plus version) and has an adjustable timer that can be set for alarms as reminders for line checks (also exclusive to the Food Pro Plus unit). It is designed with HACCP check indication lights that provide instant warnings of potentially unsafe temperatures. The device is hand washable and sealed to IP54 standards, ensuring durability and accuracy over time. Additionally, the spot illumination feature highlights target infrared measurements with an LED for improved visibility.
