The kit includes a new style "V.A.S.T." thermostat board with instructions, featuring a red board color. It contains a # 252-5001 potentiometer without a knob and 1/4" F push-ons. The range is preset with dip switches 3 and 4 in the left position (on) and 1 and 2 in the right position (off). This temperature controller is designed for a maximum temperature of 550°F, compatible with Nu Vu oven models OP-(2,3) and CO-16, as well as the Oven 55EZG.
