The self-tapping water valve features a flow rate of 1 GPM and an outlet of 1/4" CCT, utilizing a 1/8" diameter hollow piercing needle. It is designed for self-piercing on copper tubing or 0.035" wall hard PC, accommodating 3/8" O.D. through 1-1/3" O.D. tubing or pipe, and can also be installed on a pipe with an existing hole. The valve includes a stainless steel piercing needle and a molded gasket that provides a two-stage seal on both the tubing and the valve. For ease of installation, it comes with a threaded bottom bracket and includes all fittings necessary for both copper and plastic tubing. The maximum water temperature supported by the valve is 180°F/82°C, and it features a reversible lower bracket for added versatility.
