The recessed thermometer features a 3" front flange wash thermometer with a front flange diameter of 2.915" and three holes for installation. The dial measures 2" in diameter and is marked with a green band indicating a temperature range of 180-195°F, with a broader range of 100 to 220°F and 40 to 105°C. The unit is NSF certified and includes an 8 ft capillary with a bulb dimension of .423" x 2.5". It is equipped with a 3/8" FPT x 1/2" MPT stainless steel fitting and incorporates a rubber insulated capillary that is also NSF approved. This thermometer is designed for use with Hobart AM & C Toastmaster dishwashers during the power rinse cycle.
