The Temperature Gauge has a 2-1/4" outer diameter and fits a hole size of 2.052". It features a 2" dial with a temperature range of 100 to 220°F (40 to 105°C), and includes a green band on the dial indicating the range of 180 to 195°F. The gauge mounts with a "U" bracket and palnut and is equipped with an NSF bulb measuring .423" x 2.5". It has a 3/8" FPT x 1/2" MPT stainless steel fitting and comes with a rubber insulated capillary. This product is NSF approved and is compatible with the Hobart Toastmaster dishwasher pre-wash.
