The recessed thermometer features a 3" front flange with a 2.915" diameter OD that includes three mounting holes, and a dial measuring 2" in diameter marked with a green band indicating a temperature range of 140 to 158°F (100 to 220°F, 40 to 105°C). It complies with NSF standards and includes an 8 ft capillary with a bulb sized at .423" x 2.5". The fitting is designed with a 3/8" FPT x 1/2" MPT stainless steel configuration. Additionally, the thermometer is equipped with a rubber insulated capillary that is NSF approved, making it suitable for use with Hobart AM & C Toastmaster dishwashers during pre-wash and wash cycles.
