The Pro-Accurate® infrared/thermocouple probe thermometer features an infrared temperature range of -67 to +482°F (-55 to +250°C) and a thermocouple range of -67 to +626°F (-55 to +330°C). This NSF-approved thermometer includes a 4.5" (11.43 cm) probe that is waterproof and shatterproof, with an accuracy of 2°F/1°C. It is designed for non-contact surface temperature measurements and provides a probe for internal temperatures, offering a dual function. The thermometer boasts rapid response capabilities and allows for maximum, minimum, and lock functions for continuous scanning. Additional features include white light target illumination, a distance-to-spot ratio of 2.5:1, data hold, one-button operation, HACCP check lights and icons, battery status indication, and is constructed from food-safe ABS plastic with a stainless steel probe. The device also has an auto-off feature and comes with a pouch, powered by 2 1.5V AAA IEC LR03 alkaline batteries.
