The kit features a durable construction made of iron, weighing 12.12 lb, with a length of 10-5/8" (270 mm) for the latch, a width of 2-7/8" (73 mm) for the strike, and an overall height of 3-7/8" (98 mm). It is coated with powder for enhanced durability and is designed for inside release applications on doors up to 6" (152 mm) thick. The offset is flush to 11/16", and it includes the Polar 324 flush model.
