The high limit with manual reset kit is designed to function at a temperature of 425°F (218°C) and features a 24" capillary tube along with a 3/16" x 7" bulb. The kit includes a high limit switch, brackets, and all necessary hardware for installation. It is compatible with various Henny Penny fryer models including EEE-141, EEE-142, EEE-143, EEE-144, EEE-153, EEE-154, as well as LVE 102, LVE 103, LVE 104, LVE-102, LVE-103, and LVE-104.
