The Hi-limit is an over temperature safety thermostat designed for manual reset, featuring a cutoff temperature of 221°C (430°F). It includes a cap tube measuring 36 inches and a bulb with dimensions of 1-1/2 inches by 3/16 inches in diameter. This thermostat is compatible with Vollrath models 40709 and 40710.
